Rigil Kent's Live Journal -- not strictly an Enterprise site, he does post his AU Enterprise fanfic, Divergent Paths, on it. It's a story that diverges very early in season 2 of the series, and though it is a Trip/T'Pol fic, he doesn't leave out the rest of the crew.
