The time has come to choose and decide
And to their hearts, their minds will lie
They've danced upon the boundaries' lines
It's this wall that won't let them by
When they're together, there's something in the air
What chance that moment held, fades from the eye
The steady balance has only got them so far
But hesitation will only cause the light to die
That is why they must let go and decide
Logic and fear can no longer be their hands' tie
A decision that could interweave their lives
But if they base this choice upon fear
Then they shall forfeit all they hold dear
And have crossed them more than one time
But the wall between them still remains
One built of passion's fire and logic's chains
And despite the wall, their hearts can feel it there
Then logic screams for them to turn their backs
And then fear fills the power that logic lacks
Now the balance tips, and passion burns as a star
A comforting light in a hateful and dangerous sea
A path to the future and the truth set free
Or else the darkness shall force them to divide
A path their hearts loath to take
But logic fears the choice they must make
The turning point has come and the truth cannot lie
